Gold CIL Process is an efficient design of extracting and recovering gold from its ore. By cyaniding and carbon leaching crushed gold ore slurry simultaneously, CIL process lower the gold mining operation cost and increase gold recovery rate to a degree of 99%.
Because of the cancellation of the shaft furnace roasting process, energy consumption has been reduced by 48%. It has become a relatively successful case of ore dressing process improvement in China and has provided reference experience for many Chinese dressing plants.
Mineral ore that suitable for deep processing are gold ore, copper ore, magnetite, manganese ore, lead zinc deposit, etc. For most mineral mine, the processing capacity usually is not very large, the common crushing and beneficiation capacity are about 1 ton to 100 ton, so we can call them as small scale mineral ore process.
The heavy mineral sink in different zones in the groove surface becomes concentrate or middling, and light minerals are taken away by water then become tailings. Figure 9 1: the most simple sand gold typical selection process. Figure 9 2: Better placer gold ore dressing process
When using environmental gold dressing agent for gold ore leaching, it must first pass the grinding fineness test, pretreatment agent selection test, protection of alkali lime dosage test, environmental gold dressing agent dosage test, leaching time test, slurry concentration test, activated carbon pretreatment test, bottom carbon density test, carbon adsorption time test and carbon leaching ...

Mineral Processing Overview. The term mineral processing has several synonyms: mineral beneficiation, mineral/ore dressing, and ore upgradation. In metallurgical engineering, mineral processing is the process of separating commercially valuable minerals from ore.
